Bridal Luncheon Party Kit

The Basics ~ Sample Party Kit

Sample Party Kit

Style Elements

The wedding was on Cape Cod so they used a seaside theme, incorporated the wedding color (French blue), the ‘sand dollar’ motif from the wedding invitation, and the bride’s favorite flowers, blue hydrangeas.

Invitations

Send the invitations at least one month in advance—most invitees will be firming up their travel plans. These invitations were printed on a home computer using Crane’s paper – they could also be computer-printed at a stationer’s if copy is supplied. Since the invitees are the bride’s closest friends and family, it’s more personal to hand-address the envelopes.

Favors and Flowers: Here the flowers double as favors (and could also triple as place cards.) The hostesses found perfect, tiny “Nantucket” ceramic baskets decorated with blue shells, for $1.99 each at The Christmas Tree Shop. Blue hydrangeas, white spray roses and baby’s breath made up the arrangements.
